The three PLENTICOINs required to activate the storage function must be ordered separately.
Combination with components from the previous HVS series is not possible.
The new BYD Energy app with the latest firmware (from V1.28.0) is required for commissioning.
The included RJ45 termination connector for the data bus must be pre-assembled on-site. To do this, insert and crimp a wire jumper between pins 1 and 6 (viewed from above on the flat connector side with the pin contact surfaces, cable entry facing down, pins ascending from left to right). An actual resistor is not required.
HVS+/HVM+ and Kostal: approved by the manufacturers on both sides
With the PLENTICORE G3 series, KOSTAL is expanding its flexible portfolio around the PLENTICOIN. This in-house currency for activating device performance and functions is also used here. The inverters are available in three device variants, S, M, and L, with a base output of 4 to 15 kW. PLENTICOINs can be used to activate two higher power classes, storage usage, and the intelligent connection of the EV charger. At any time. The three device versions thus enable almost universal freedom of application with reduced storage requirements.
