General information about returns - repair or replacement
You may need to return a product or order for a number of reasons, for example because:
1. A defective or incorrect product has been delivered
2. The delivery was damaged during transport
3. Repair

Satisfaction Guarantee / Cooling-off Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Combishop. However, it may happen that you made a mistake with your purchase or are dissatisfied with the way your order was processed. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at icontact@combishop.nl. We will then refund the order amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Some products are not eligible for our satisfaction guarantee:
• Opened / installed or registered Software / DVDs / Games / Canaldigitaal, TV Vlaanderen, Ziggo or KPN Cards
• Opened consumables
• Items ordered by business customers

Defective upon receipt
Defective or incorrect product upon receipt (DOA)
A DOA product is defective within 14 days of purchase (the product must be in Techmediashop | Combishop's possession within 14 days). If such a product is defective or you suspect a product is defective, please contact our customer service at contact@combishop.nl.
You have a defective product (not DOA). A non-DOA product is defined as a product that has become defective after 14 days. If a product is defective or you suspect a product is defective, please contact our customer service at contact@combishop.nl. Since Techmediashop | Combishop offers a carry-in warranty, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to the return address.

Transport damage
First of all, it's important that you NEVER accept a damaged package upon receipt. If you do accept it and the product turns out to be damaged, you must report this to the UPS courier within 24 hours. Then contact our customer service at contact@combishop.nl.

Return procedure
Always contact our customer service first at contact@combishop.nl, they will provide you with shipping instructions.
1. Make sure you include your invoice with the shipment
2. Make sure you include a thorough complaint description
3. Make sure the product is returned complete
4. Ensure proper outer packaging
5. Please include your email address and/or telephone number where you can be reached.
6. Make sure you send your package with sufficient postage.
Return addresses
You can return your product(s) to the address in the email you receive after your request is approved.

Return costs
The costs for returning a product are borne by the customer, unless:
• It concerns a DOA product
• We have supplied an incorrect product
Please note: All returns must be prepaid. In the above cases, Combishop will refund the shipping costs. We will always refuse unpaid packages. In the event of a DOA or an incorrectly delivered product, you will receive a return sticker so you can return your package free of charge (only in the Netherlands).

• All cables, drivers, software, manuals, etc. must be present
• The product must be provided with a (clear) description of the problem
• The product must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice
• The product must be properly packaged
• If no defect is found after testing at our service center,
possible shipping costs and research costs will be charged.

What is the warranty period-
Warranty means that you can expect your supplier to guarantee the quality and proper functioning of the product during the warranty period. If you have a defective product or need to make a warranty claim, you can always contact our Service Center. However, always contact our customer service first at 0475 407278. Also check your invoice; a different warranty policy may apply to your product, such as an on-site or pick-up and return guarantee.

The manufacturer's warranty on individual products varies by brand and ranges from 1 to 10 years (batteries and batteries have a 0.5-year warranty). If your product malfunctions after 2 years but is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, we are happy to help you claim the warranty. In the event of a defect, always call our customer service at contact@combishop.nl. Also check your invoice; your product may have a different warranty policy, such as an on-site or pick-up and return guarantee.

Create RMA-
If you want to return something, always create an RMA number! Without an RMA number, your return will not be accepted!
RMA betekend, Return Material Authorization.
If an item no longer works or never worked (DOA - Death on Arrival), the customer can request an RMA code from the supplier. This code allows the customer to return the item. This ensures faster RMA processing.
