Product information "SunESS 12 + 15.0 Storage ? S1"
Sunwoda has modified the battery connection plug on the SunESS system. Consequently, earlier units are not compatible with those currently being shipped. To distinguish between them, we mark the new versions with "S1" in the product name.
The Sunwoda hybrid inverter is compatible only with the Sunwoda SunESS storage system.
The inverter must be installed with at least one storage module.
As one of the world?s largest cell manufacturers, Sunwoda Energy?s technology is already integrated into many well-known products. Now, the company is stepping into the spotlight with the SunESS all-in-one system to compete directly in the residential market. The hybrid inverter and storage modules form a cohesive, visually appealing unit. The systems?available in power classes ranging from 8 to 15 kW?are practically designed and equipped with all necessary interfaces. Input currents of up to 30 amperes and integrated Type 2 surge protection ensure safe and flexible operation. The 5 kWh storage modules can be cascaded up to eight units deep. A backup connection ensures the reliable operation of sensitive loads, featuring a switchover time of less than 10 ms.
