Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg
This support must be booked for the 1st - 3rd Battery Cabinet per system. Support for additional Energy Storage Cabinets must be added separately (per cabinet = 1 support service).
Booking this commissioning support is a prerequisite for maintaining the manufacturer's warranty. Alternatively, certification training can be completed.
The required checklist for this service can be found here in the appendix.
Transportation, assembly and installation must be carried out by the customer prior to commissioning as part of this support service. The required installation material must be checked based on the instructions and the local conditions and provided by the customer.
In addition to the individual system components of the Power Magic, the Supervision Commissioning Support is part of the firmly defined procedure for the commercial storage system. The experienced service technician is available to assist you on site. The scope of services includes visual inspection of the AC and DC installation, connection and testing of the liquid cooling system, system updates and configuration through to final commissioning. Local preparations, system transportation, assembly and installation must be carried out on site in advance.
