De V1600GT is een compacte 3, gelaagde GPON OLT (1U), ontworpen voor FTTx-implementaties in afgelegen gebieden met een lage dichtheid of in bedrijfsomgevingen. Het heeft 2 GPON-poorten, ondersteunt afstanden tot 20 km en biedt snelheden van 2,5 Gbps downstream en 1,25 Gbps upstream. Bevat uplinks 2×GE RJ45 en 2×SFP/SFP+ (tot 10G), geavanceerde schakel- en routeringsfuncties (L2/L3, VLAN, QoS, RIP/OSPF, IPv4/IPv6) en volledig beheer via web, CLI en SNMP, waardoor het een efficiënte en energiezuinige oplossing is voor operators en integrators..
