Description

Radiofrequentieproximiteitskaart.

Maakt automatische gebruikersidentificatie mogelijk via radiofrequentie, RFID. Passieve kaart, bevat een chip die, wanneer hij in de buurt van de lezer komt, een geïnduceerde stroom ontvangt die hem activeert. Wanneer het geactiveerd wordt, stuurt het een identificatiecode terug naar het systeem, waardoor er geen batterij nodig is.

Communiceert met de lezer via een laagfrequente radioantenne op 125 KHz.

Hij is gemaakt van PVC en lijkt qua formaat op een bankpas, waardoor hij gemakkelijk in elk vakje van een kaarthouder past.
