Omschrijving

Een autonoom tijdregistratie apparaat kan gebruikers identificeren en kloktijden verzamelen. Deze apparatuur moet altijd een display hebben dat de werkelijke tijd aangeeft waarop de werknemers de identificatie uitvoeren.

Deze apparatuur maakt identificatie mogelijk via kaarten of sleutelhangers met 125 kHz RFID EM-technologie, maar ook via toetsenborden voor numerieke codes en biometrische vingerafdrukken.

Het 2.8" scherm maakt het gemakkelijk om de apparatuur lokaal te bedienen en te configureren, zowel om het autonoom te gebruiken zonder software, als om enkele parameters in te stellen die nodig zijn om verbinding te maken met de software, zoals netwerkconfiguratie.

Geavanceerde configureerbare functies: relaisuitgang (om op bepaalde tijden een sirene in te schakelen en ploegwisselingen van werknemers aan te geven).

Vanuit de cloudgebaseerde GoTime Cloud software of vanuit de client-servergebaseerde ZKBioTime 8, software wordt de configuratie van gebruikers, roosters en ploegen uitgevoerd, evenals het beheer van afwezigheden en machtigingen en het verkrijgen van verschillende rapporten (onder andere kloktijden, maandelijks overzicht en overuren).
