DEYE-BOS-G-3U-HRACK

The Deye BOS-G 3U-HRACK is a standard 19” rack-mounted energy storage cabinet designed specifically for BOS-G high-voltage batterysystems. The rack enables the structured, safe, and easily expandable installation of a complete battery cluster—including the BMS controller and battery modules.
Accommodates 12 battery modules and 1 BMS unit

The design of the BOS-G 3U-HRACK allows for the installation of up to 12 BOS-G battery modules and one high-voltage BMS unit within a single rack cabinet. This is an ideal configuration for medium-sized energy storage systems where a compact yet high-capacity design is essential.

The rack structure ensures stable mounting of the battery modules and a clear system layout.
Standard 19” rack design

The 3U-HRACK is based on a standard 19” rack system, which significantly simplifies installation and integration. This design is compatible with industrial energy storage systems and enables quick installation and maintenance.

The modular rack system is particularly advantageous in projects where installation time and easy scalability are key.
Modular and Scalable Energy Storage

One of the greatest advantages of the BOS-G system is its flexible configuration. Multiple rack units can be installed in parallel, making it easy to increase the total energy storage capacity.

The system also supports the creation of multiple battery clusters, enabling the deployment of an industrial-scale energy storage solution.
Compatibility with BOS-G energy storage systems

The 3U-HRACK is specifically designed for BOS-G energy storage modules and is fully compatible with their corresponding BMS control units. The system ensures proper arrangement and connection options between the battery modules and the control unit.

This enables stable and reliable operation of the entire energy storage system.
Robust industrial design

The rack cabinet features a solid industrial design that ensures long-term stable operation. The design supports proper ventilation and easy access during maintenance.

The rack measures approximately 589 × 590 × 2240 mm, allowing for the compact installation of high-capacity battery systems.
The Deye BOS-G 3U-HRACK is a well-designed, industrial-grade rack solution for BOS-G energy storage systems. Thanks to its standard design, high capacity, and modular scalability, it is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized C&I projects.

It is recommended for those who want to build a structured, easily expandable, and professional energy storage system using Deye BOS-G batteries.
